terms of service
By commissioning me the commissioner has agreed to all the terms stated below:
I reserve all rights to my artworks, as well as the right to decline a commission as I see fit.
I reserve the right to display commission artworks publicly (e.g. commission samples, portfolio, social media). Artworks are for personal use only. Reselling & NFT/AI Use of all artworks is strictly prohibited.
For works outside the sphere of the services offered (e.g. custom/longer animation videos, commercial works, merch, etc.) please contact me directly via dm or email @ [email protected]
PROCESS & DELIVERY
No revisions are allowed save for mistakes on my end.
Pieces may be finished within days to 1-3 months depending on your status in my work queue and accounting for any delays.
PAYMENT & REFUND POLICY
Payment is nonrefundable at any stage and paid in full upfront.
Final total may include processing fees upwards of $5.
Partial payment is allowed for legitimate reasons, however the final product will not be sent without full payment.
If I am completely unable to deliver the commission due to my own extenuating circumstances, you will be given the option to wait for an additional amount of time or receive a refund.
